libp2p-keywas added in multiformats/multicodec#130 but https://cid.ipfs.io/ does not support it yet:Change
This PR adds support for
libp2p-keymulticodec to unblock ipfs/kubo#5287 and libp2p/go-libp2p-core#41It also bumps other dependencies to the latest versions.
