Description

still a WIP, not in the least because netcheck is moving out of iroh-net

TODO:

  • unit test for quic ep on iroh-relay
  • dev mode that creates a self-signed cert for the quic ep so we can test this locally
  • local manual testing for quic addr discovery from netcheck
  • manual testing on a staging relay server
