Description

• Add CompilerInfo to SoftwareVersionProperties
• Increase size of ReleaseInfo.Info string
• Rename fields in SoftwareVersion and ReleaseInfo
• General improvements in processing of string properties comming from device
• Add Nuget package switcher to WPF test app

Motivation and Context

• Improves information from device
• Addresses Add details about underlying RTOS to boot message Home#264

How Has This Been Tested?

• Test apps in debugger project (requires changes in interpreter code)
