Work on device configuration get/update

Description

• Add NetworkWirelessConfiguration block
• Add new commands to get/save this new configuration block
• Update Device config options with new options: wireless, wireless AP and all
• Rework code to get/update device configuration blocks to be more flexible
• Rename a couple of methods and vars correcting typos

Motivation and Context

• Need to have configuration blocks other than network
• Need to add support to store several network interface configrations
