Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Existing cFE unit test code is voluminous and contains a lot of redundant conditional code.

Describe the solution you'd like
The checking of conditions in cFE unit tests can be simplified with macros and/or functions.

Describe alternatives you've considered
Would still like to consider a test generator of some sort...

Additional context
Add any other context about the feature request here.
