NOSA is wrong (it's Apache 2.0), and no other cmake files are marked.

Describe the solution you'd like
Either mark all the cmake files in the same way with the correct license, or remove. Clear guidance for Apache 2.0 cmake files not found, fine with either solution (trivial fix, already scripted)
