Fixed bug in podcast feed template

FIxed a recently-added bug in the podcast feed template.

Right now jekyll-podcast is pre-release software. Version 1.0.0 will only be released when a complete test suite has been written.

Initial release

This is the initial release of jekyll-podcast for personal use. The test suite is currently incomplete.
