Description

Some video contents can not be rendered by initial frame delay.

If requestAnimationFrame is called while initial frames are delayed, its callback is called just after requestAnimationFrame. So it cannot be rendered by Safari Browser like below.

There's no spare time between js handling. This causes the frame to be delayed continuously.
