The BioPortal UI includes a resolver that converts outdated numeric ontology IDs to acronyms, preserving links that might have been created over a decade ago. Given that we are seeing very few hits for these old alphanumeric IDs it's reasonable to stop honoring that old naming convention.

Disable BPIDResolver

The pull request ontoportal#21 removed files that this class depends on. This is a temporary workaround until #337 is implemented.
