  1. feat: Implement the on branch workflow 

    Combining the build/push/deploy/delete command we now have two main
workflows:

onmain: builds the latest version of the container and deploys that on a
namespace that matches the default branch name
onbranch: uses the branch name as version for the artifact and as
namespace when deploying
