- coverage reports are now correctly submitted
- remove travis config and add ci from github actions (travis build seem to no longer work)
- update devDependencies
- update CodeQl action
- simplify build
- correct ignore paths for prettier (exclude dist)
- do not generate build folder
- fix issue with source maps
- update readme badges
