This PR includes a handful of small bug fixes + turns on the single precision tests again. For most tests, the norm used to assess the error is set to the infinity norm wherever appropriate. I ran the tests close to 100 times on my laptop with both
gfortranandifort(both debug and optimized modes) and I no longer get failures.
