This adds a new error mapping layer to the ui so we are able to return jsx with more information about known Web Browser + Neo4j Browser issues.
E.g Internet Explorer 11 can cause a generic looking
Security Error: 18message when using Bolt. With this change the error now advises a user how to fix the issue
