Steps that need to be done:

Write json reader for reading AMRs
Modify preprocessing scripts to work with json data
Modify train.py to train on json data

Additionally, we'll need to extend the AMRGraph class to include:

Anchors for UCCA, EDS, and PTG
handle properties for EDS and PTG
