Faster API lookups

This version adds hugely faster cli API lookups, so we don't need concurrency anymore.

Thanks to @juliaschroeder and @crpb for their help in getting along with the grommunio-admin cli.

First public release

This is our first public release of grommunio_exporter, which is a proof of concept for Grommunio monitoring in Prometheus.
