This it that latest stimfit-lite release v0.16.3 for windows (stimfit-lite means w/o embedded python)
It fixes several bugs, most notable issue #102 and #104 (scaling issue and contanated traces of some ABF2 files)
The binary downloads are portable versions (i.e. a single exe file w/o the need to run an installer).
