Since it's not an option `html-loader` has ever recognised. Fixes #681.

As far as I can tell
html-loaderdoesn't support anameoption (unlike some of the other loaders), so I think it can/should be removed:https://github.com/mozilla-neutrino/neutrino-dev/blob/f3b8f12846544e9b43257ce03a7c07f91d0aada2/packages/html-loader/index.js#L8
