About the PR
Adds a dehydratable sharkminnow. Looks like a sharkminnow plush (thank you, @Ghost-Prince), behaves like a dehydrated space carp. Currently unmapped.

How to test
Spawn a dehydratable sharkminnow, carry it around, it should act like a sharkminnow plush.
Spray it with water, it should turn into a sharkminnow.
