docs: update link for approve_links

The link to approve_links at the very bottom of https://docs.nextcloud.com/server/latest/admin_manual/windmill_workflows/index.html currently leads to https://docs.nextcloud.com/server/latest/admin_manual/windmill_workflows/apps.nextcloud.com/apps/approve_links.

That should be fixed by adding the protocol.
Couldn't test it because my dev setup for docs is broken 😞
