Configurable sync period

If I understand correctly, new articles will be fetched every time the Nextcloud cron job (php -f /var/www/nextcloud/cron.php) runs, the recommended period for which is 5 minutes. Since this is too often for several feeds which change maybe every few days, it would be nice if the article fetch interval was configurable separately from the Nextcloud cron job.

The update interval can be configured in the News section of the admin settings. It defaults to 1 hour (3600 seconds).

Yes it uses the background job system (via cron), but that doesn't mean that its run every time the cron.php is executed.
This applies to all timed background tasks in NC, the recommended 5 minutes simply define the smallest unit, the jobs can configure their own interval based on this.

Thanks for the help! The News app was not enabled for the admin user so the settings didn't appear. I also somehow managed to miss the updateInterval folder in docs.
