Nextcloud Documentation Issue

So I am using the Nextcloud documentation that I found here:

Specifically, I am using the config "Nextcloud in the webroot of nginx" but with this setup it results in browser showing the default NGiNX page.

Here is my config specifically (Nextcloud Server Config):

My setup is the following (Reverse Proxy Server Config):

I am using NGiNX on another server that operates as a reverse proxy server and terminates the SSL. Here is the config:

Then the server that hosts Nextcloud itself is the following:

• Ubuntu 16.04 LTS
• PHP 7.2
• NGiNX Webserver

But what am I missing/doing wrong?
