Render Glitch of Disk Chart Mousemove Event

Steps to reproduce

1. Move the cursor to a disk chart canvas
2. A popup appears

Expected behaviour

The popup is not cropped or limited by the canvas size.

Actual behaviour

The popup is cropped due to limited canvas area.
