Providerupdate 2 - Nextcloud 24

This is the long awaited Providerupdate!

What did we do this time?

• More Provider - Wallhaven and Wikimedia are now available!
• Advanced Theming - Tinting and Blurring now let you customize your cloud even more!
• Added Czech Translations - Thanks @p-bo !
• Fixed incompatibility with Php 7.3 and below
• Fixed missing theming for totp - Thanks @skjnldsv !

This will be the last feature update for Nextcloud 23 and Nextcloud 24. New features will be available on Nextcloud 25!
