Sorry, this was totally forgotten - initially I thought this was incorrect because markdown's console codeblock requires $ to distinguish commands from output. However, although we have comments here, we don't have any output, so in this case it's actually OK to get rid of the heading $. Thanks !

I would recommend, to always put the output into a separate box. |
