Improvement and enhancement

This release is the third of our project MP3.
It includes the following enhancements:

• minor bug corrections.
• Handling of nifti datatype, which save storage memory.
• Adaptation of the modules in order to handle datatype.
• Import one nifti file available.
• Parallel execution improved.
• New modules available.
