== Installation ==

1. Upload `buddypress-admin-global-profile-fields` to the `/wp-content/plugins/` directory.
2. Activate the plugin through the 'Plugins' menu in WordPress.

= How do I create an admin global profile field? =

In the WordPress admin area, go to *Users > Profile Fields* and click *Add New Field* to create a new field or *Edit* on the desired profile field. Under the *Default Visibility* panel select *Global* as the value. In the *Value* field enter the global value for the field and click *Save*.

The profile field is now global from all users and only editable by Administrators.
