Changes from previous version:
-Fixed the "governor page is open" check
-Added a new filter for deads and rss assistance, to avoid 2-3 error in top 300 scans
-Recieved feedback about the saving format of the values. This is fixed and power, killpoints, kills, deads, rss assistance are now handled as numbers and not as strings.
-Removed the tesseract special symbol that was saved .xlsx file which was a bit annoying.

• A major bug was fixed. Governor info tab of players that have 0 wall durability(offline for many days), is not accessible. This means that they cannot be clicked in game. Added functionality to bypass when an inactive player is detected.

Added features:

1. Resume Scan option, which is starting the scan for the next SELECTED NUMBER of Governors(Starts from the 4th governor that is currently displayed in power ranking or in kill rankings)
2. Terminate Scan and Save Progress button. From now on it is the RIGHT CTRL character of your keyboard. This button will save time to all the users, as it will solve Bluestacks stuck or lost connection error without missing a piece of already scanned data. So from now on, consider using it and do not just close the CMD with the close window(X) button.

Improvements:
Minor improvements in Character recognition from the screenshots. These bugs appeared during recognizing Deads Count. Double check with different filter solved the problem.
