RokTracker-v8.3

The following minor fixes have been applied based on feedback and testing:

• An enchancement was applied to kill tiers image, in order to improve OCR. Small numbers<100.000 were not accurately recognized. With this version, this issue does not exist anymore.
• There was a known issue when reading 444 in a word. This is now fixed.

This is an important release that stabilizes the tool's functionality after UI upgrade.

Changes in v8.2:

• Added a delay for kill tier image capture. Instant screen capturing was causing issues in OCR.

Major release with the following changes:

• ROI adjustments according to the new UI for governor profile in game after latest update.
• New filter for alliance tag. Because of update, it was not functional. Now it's working better than before.
• There are no more "Unknown" in kills tier. As per last release, it was obvious that unknown value was always 0 value. Unknown is now changed to 0.
• An additional filter is added for power and killpoints OCR. It seems to be max accuracy now.
• Port is now user input when running .bat file. You will be asked to write down the port of your emulator. I suggest you all to update bluestacks to latest version.

• Power and killpoints, new filter condition refinement. Condition did not cover a specific case.
