It is not logical that the user could edit, delete, etc on the Roles.
I will correct that.
The Manager should only be able to set the "access rights" to his Folders.

Q3: You are absolutely right.
I should add a kind of "paternity" to this roles to the manager. To be improved.
In order to go through this. You can as your admin to associate this new role to the gigiPM and he will be able to associate this role to his users.
