Currently, a user can enable both SSL (LDAPS) and TLS, however, this is an impossible configuration, and it is not clear which option would be effective if both were enabled at the same time.

Perhaps this should be a three-way option as follows:

Secure LDAP Communications: [OFF]/SSL/TLS
