When i edit an Item with Option "Allow this item to be modified by anyone that can access it" i have to set this option consistently.
Once i set this item i would like to keep this option because i can say for sure that my user will forget this

 * HTTPS connection can be activated (be carefull, you need a certificate)
 * Change Users passwords encryption
 * Corrected - once clicked on not authorized Item, any Item selection was
 no more possible.

 #301 - Corrected query call error
 #302 - Under "Views" users can see items that exist in personal folders
 that have been accessed
 #307 - fclose() statement badly placed
