can't change roles for user

2.Edit
3.Add or remove Roles
4.Submit

Expected behaviour

I want add or remove roles for one users

Actual behaviour

No effect. the user always has the same role

Same here! I can add and delete users but I can't edit any attribute of existing ones, even as admin. When I save changes a red message "Administrator required" appear very shortly.

I had to edit the admin user and fill the missing information (Name, Last name, e-mail). After that I could edit all othe users.
