Question - do we want to update the references to io.js within code? Seems that it would be more correct, but I know extra noise in code is frowned upon. |
In general, it would likely be a good idea. Rip the bandaid off all at one so to speak. |

This commit replaces instances of io.js with Node.js, based on the recent convergence. There are some remaining instances of io.js, related to build and the installer.
