There's already a reminder earlier in the instructions, but not in the
worked example, so it's easy to miss while skimming.

LGTM. We should probably emphasize the git node v8 backport command. I personally have never backported a V8 commit without it in years.

We should probably have a full example of how to use it, I remember being a bit lost in its option and prefer the manual backport when I first tried it – because at least the manual instructions are thorough.

I usually just do git node v8 --v8-dir /path/to/local/v8 backport <commit-hash> (using --v8-dir saves some time if you already have a local V8 checkout).

Thanks all for the advice re git-node-v8. It is indeed a lot easier. I
added some detailed steps here: #43934

I think it makes sense to land this diff anyway but happy to re-assess
if we'd prefer just deleting the manual steps entirely.

Per the comments in nodejs#43924, almost everyone uses `git-node-v8`. I
included example steps for using `git-node-v8`.

I ran through both of these instructions on a clean Linux machine (I had
to fudge the patch SHA of course) and they seemed to work.
