Description

Handle non-const bit shift.

Problem*

Resolves #1265,#1478,#1479,#1521

Summary*

Remove shr and shl instructions from ssa ir. They are replaced by multiplication and division and can now handle non-const bit shift.

Documentation

  • This PR requires documentation updates when merged.

    • I will submit a noir-lang/docs PR.
    • I will request for and support Dev Rel's help in documenting this PR.
