Description
Summary of changes
Upgrade to ACVM 0.7.1, which add Oracle opcode support, and removes some depreciated methods.
Nargo support for executing/testing circuits containing oracle opcodes should be handled in a separate feature PR.
Dependency additions / changes
Underlying aztec_backend needed upgrading to ACVM 0.8.0 too.
