Option to expand content warnings by default

I'd like to ask that this feature be added. Having a app-wide setting or a instance based setting to enable or disable content warnings would be a time saver. Despite having the x or z keys, I prefer to keep all content warnings off. Having the keys as a backup to enable content warnings per post or per thread basis is still useful.
