Update User Manual to match Notepad++ v8.6.3/8.6.4 behavior, including updated Plugin Communication behavior and Change History settings.

Other User Manual updates include styling (keyboard shortcuts now use a separate style compared to example text; the site now will serve either Light Mode or Dark Mode automatically, based on your browser preferences), and updated information on the Toolbar, Config Files during Updates, User Defined Commands and the Run menu, and Wrap Around mode for Searching.
