vim-bundler is great but adds a significant amount of time to vims boot time. This caches all the import bits into the .bundle directory and loads everything into path and tags. It adds all the pieces of vim-bundler without the long boot time.
Run this:
bundler install plugin vim-tags
And then execute:
$ bundle vim-tags
Or add this to your vim config:
Plug 'npezza93/vim-tags'
Add go about your business. Bundler will automatically keep the files up to date
Will automatically keep up to date after running bundler
After checking out the repo, run bin/setup
to install dependencies. You can also run bin/console
for an interactive prompt that will allow you to experiment.
To install this gem onto your local machine, run bundle exec rake install
. To release a new version, run bundle exec rake release
, which will create a git tag for the version, push git commits and the created tag, and push the .gem
file to rubygems.org.
