Made the documentation a bit easier to read and updated on shell command

@Japroz-Saini thanks for this! We're actually doing a bit of a docs blitz at the moment & these changes are going to be out-of-date in the next day or so; With that in mind, I'm going to close this PR but definitely want to encourage you to review & contribute back to our docs if you see improvements that can be made post-that-next-release.
