what do you think about adding
cache_valid_time with one day?
so that the cache is not updated everytime - which is probably not needed.

turns out this significantly increases our kitchen runs, so we want to add a var to make this opt-out configurable |

this is related to #220 we make it configurable so we can disable it for test-kitchen runs
