Encounter reports now with difficulty info and timestamps!

Proper December 20th alpha release. Please report any bugs to the issues tracker.

First prototype release.

YOU MUST HAVE ADVANCED COMBAT LOGGING ENABLED OR THIS WILL BREAK HORRIBLY

Currently only reports deaths of bosses in Highmaul (difficulty detection won't be added until I get a proper look at what the ENCOUNTER_START event contains when I actually do another run).

Next release will have difficulty detection, engagement reports, and timestamps as well as duration report.
