Is your feature request related to a problem or challenge? Please describe what you are trying to do.
Enabling Gluten compiled, tested in macOS.

Describe the solution you'd like
Provide a script to use HomeBrew install dependencies, modify current CMakeLists.txt.

Describe alternatives you've considered
I find #819 use docker to setup, it's great, but we could build Gluten in macOS directly.

I have tested in my macOS 12.3 with Apple clang 13.1.6, a pr will be submitted later.
