[wip] Upgrade to a new verison

• Get new compiler sources in upstream
• Write the commit number base-rev.txt
• Read and use the script to generates patches files and apply them
• Ran manually the patches for files that are not in the same place as the compiler
• Most patched areas:
  • typecore / typemod patch for error handling
  • printtyp has diverged a lot and lot of changes in 5.3
• Merge everything
• Fix compilation
• Fix tests
