An OPC file is in fact a ZIP file in disguise. You can open it and see its content with any ZIP software. Starting with Windows XP, you can even see its contents inside Explorer, provided you change its extension to .zip.
TODO: can someone continue with the way relationships work, and maybe something about the [Content_Types].xml file?
