Egeria provides open source code to allow technology from different vendors and open source projects to exchange and manage metadata. Metadata describes data, from its location, structure, encoding standard through to its business meaning, governance requirements and usage. It enables an organization to make the best use of its data, whilst protecting people's privacy and its intellectual property.
Egeria documentation can now be found on the Egeria Website.
For learning & trying out Egeria see our Education Guide which includes links to our webinars & tutorials.
If you're interested in contributing see our Contribution Guide where you'll find useful tips & information about our regular discussions.
We also have an Egeria Wiki where you'll find information on
Finally if you do notice any issues in our websites and documentation please do let us know. The best way to do this is to raise an issue in our Docs Github repo.
This Wiki is no longer in use for new content
