Allow user to sort URI-Rs in replay system

Using this WARC displays many URIs in the interface. This is noisy and the order arbitrary (currently alphabetical? based on order in WARCs?). Provide a more systematic default and customizable ordering system of the URIs. A good start would be to sort the URIs based on length, as this has a more sound rationale (a user very likely will want to view a home page over a page with a deep path) than displaying by location in the WARC (which, I would think, would show the homepage first, is it alphabetical?)

Ascending URI length added in e1592fb but the user still ought to be able to easily sort them beyond these arbitrary dimensions.
