The code base of v3.30.5.2 recompiled for .NET Framework v4.8

If you want to install the whole CS-Script suite then use the packages from the v3.30.5.2 release and simply replace the binaries with the content of this release binaries package (Binaries_for_DOTNET_4.8.7z).
