Implements a CLI tool for interacting with OmiseGO MoreVP Plasma services. Features added in this release:

  • Deposits for ETH into Plasma MoreVP contracts
  • Support for creating transactions on the Plasma network
  • Determine Watcher status
  • Get UTXOs from the Watcher from a user supplied public address
  • Perform standard exits from Plasma MoreVP to Ethereum
  • Call the processExits smart contract function to return coins to users after the challenge period
