OBAndroid Mainnet v0.1.3 pre-release

v0.1.3 is a major release for mainnet. The backend service is based on the omnicore 0.12 release.

Updates:

1. Fixed vulnerability of the concurrent receiving and payment of cloud nodes.
2. (issue 100) App automatically backs up data without manual operation by users
3. Channel basic funding (for miner fee) increased to 40000 satoshi
